To fully introduce the dining experience that is 1:16, a concept restaurant dreamed up from my love for everything about food, I had the liberty of launching the first of many food pop ups last week.
This culinary series hosted by 1:16 will range in meal type, menu and style depending on my mood and inspirations. For the first event, the cocktail-style menu was sent out to a select few, where the guests got a glimpse before hand of what to expect. See menu below;
It features 5 delicious savory items, 3 desserts and a signature cocktail, 1:16's specialty! All curated and prepared by yours truly. I have to say it was a stressful but fun experience, one that's fueled me to push harder and do more! All guests (and their bellies) were beyond satisfied, which has made me eager to plan the next event, so keep your eyes and ears open for #2.
