Turkey Tuesdays

Anyone that knows me well, can attest to my love for turkey wings! I'd pick this over chicken any day! This nutritious bird is tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. I oven roasted a few wings, dry rubbed with black and chilly pepper, thyme, rosemary and a crushed bouillon cube for seasoning. Drizzled some olive oil and sriracha sauce over and let it do it's thing for about 20 minutes, then flipped and roasted again for another 15-20 mins at 275 degrees.




Served with mashed potatoes and cucumber slices.
